Common use of Leases and Leasehold Interests Clause in Contracts

Leases and Leasehold Interests. The Assigned Assets further include all leases and leasehold interests of Assignor, to the extent assignable, including leases in any asset of Assignor and real property leases; provided that, should Assignee determine that any said lease or leasehold interest is of no value to the Tritium Assignment Estate, then said lease or leasehold interest may be thereby relinquished by Assignee without further liability or obligation to Assignee. This Section 3 is not intended to abrogate any assignment provision of Assignor’s existing lease agreements.
