Common use of Least-cost Selection Clause in Contracts

Least-cost Selection. Services for assignments estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract which the Bank agrees meet the requirements of paragraph 3.6 of the Consultant Guidelines may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Least Cost Selection in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and 3.6 of the Consultant Guidelines.

Least-cost Selection. Services for assignments estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract which the Bank agrees meet the requirements of paragraph 3.6 of the Consultant Guidelines Guidelines, estimated to cost less than US$200,000 equivalent per contract, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Least Cost Least-cost Selection in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and 3.6 of the Consultant Guidelines.

Least-cost Selection. Services for assignments estimated to cost less than costing $100,000 equivalent or less per contract and which the Bank agrees meet the requirements of paragraph 3.6 of the Consultant Guidelines may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Least Cost Least-cost Selection in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and 3.6 of the Consultant Guidelines.

Services rendered by consulting firms for assignments of a standard or routine nature estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract which contract, and not exceeding in the Bank agrees meet the requirements of paragraph 3.6 of the Consultant Guidelines may aggregate $400,000 equivalent, shall be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Least Cost Selection in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and 3.6 of the Consultant Guidelines.

Least-cost Selection. Services for assignments estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract which the Bank agrees meet the requirements of paragraph 3.6 of the Consultant Guidelines and estimated to cost less than $250,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Least Cost Least-cost Selection in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and 3.6 of the Consultant Guidelines.
