Leave Lists. (a) Except as otherwise provided for under the directive of the Chief Constable, Members shall have the choice of two weeks or duty blocks of annual leave on the basis of seniority. Once all employees have had an opportunity to choose two weeks or duty blocks, of annual leave then the balance of annual leave entitlement shall be selected on the basis of seniority. Any other outstanding leave entitlements (including signed up Floater Leave as specified in Section 10.4(b)(iv)) and accumulated overtime will be selected in reverse order of seniority.
