Leave Pending Investigation. When the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or designee has reason to believe that the employee's presence on the job will adversely affect the operation of the University, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or designee may immediately place the employee on leave pending investigation of the event(s) leading to that belief. The leave pending investigation shall commence immediately upon the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or designee providing the employee with a written notice of the reasons therefore. The leave shall be with pay, with no reduction of accrued leave.
