For all types of leaves, it is the responsibility of the Lecturer Faculty to submit the proper form(s)/documentation to the appropriate departmental and/or university officialsofficials to gain the approvals. The Lecturer Faculty member may not receive any or all benefit processes if they do not provide proper form(s)/documentation within the deadline parameters of the programs.
