Leave Schedule Clause Samples

A Leave Schedule clause defines the rules and procedures for planning and approving employee time off within an organization. It typically outlines how employees should request leave, the notice period required, and any limitations on when leave can be taken, such as during peak business periods or based on staffing needs. This clause ensures that both employees and management have a clear understanding of how leave is managed, helping to prevent staffing shortages and misunderstandings about time off entitlements.
