Leave Sharing Clause Samples
A Leave Sharing clause allows employees to donate a portion of their accrued leave, such as vacation or sick days, to other employees who have exhausted their own leave due to personal emergencies or medical needs. Typically, the process involves a formal request and approval, with limits on the amount of leave that can be shared and eligibility criteria for both donors and recipients. This clause facilitates mutual support among employees and helps ensure that those facing unexpected hardships can maintain income and job security during difficult times.
