Common use of Leave Without Clause in Contracts

Leave Without. The Employee shall be granted Leave Without Pay for the period as required by the statutory requirements of the Canada Labour Code, related to Maternity, Paternity, and Adoption. Where an Employee is entitled to Employment Insurance Maternity Benefits, the Employer shall pay an allowance top up to ninety-three percent (93%) of the Employee’s normal rate of pay for the period. During any period of Parental Leave, the Employer shall continue to pay its applicable share of the cost of all pension, benefit, and life insurance plans. The Employee will be responsible for his, or her applicable share of the cost of the ▇▇▇▇▇ Airport Development Corporation Pension, Benefit, and Life Insurance Plans.
