Leaving Discrete Work Area. Prior to discontinuing its work in a discrete area, Subcontractor shall remove from such area all its equipment, temporary structures, and surplus materials not to be used at or near the same location during later stages of the Subcontract Work, and shall turn over its work in such area in a neat, clean and safe condition as to permit the next succeeding work to be commenced without further cleaning.
