Common use of LEED Design and Construction Obligations Clause in Contracts

LEED Design and Construction Obligations. (a) Project Co shall perform the Works so as to achieve the prerequisites and credits required to achieve the LEED-NC Silver Rating and in so doing, Project Co shall (i) at a minimum, endeavour to achieve the prerequisite credits under the LEED-NC Rating System provided for in Section 4.10 of Part 4 of Schedule 15 – Output Specifications, and (ii) achieve the Mandatory and Targeted LEED-NC credits identified in Section 4.10 of Part 4 of Schedule 15 – Output Specifications.

(a) Project Co shall perform the Works so as to achieve the prerequisites and credits required to achieve the LEED-NC LEED Silver Rating and in so doing, Project Co shall (i) at a minimum, endeavour to achieve the prerequisite mandatory prerequisites and credits under the LEED-NC LEED Rating System provided for in Section 4.10 2.14 of Part 4 2 of Schedule 15 – Output Specifications, and (ii) achieve the Mandatory and Targeted LEED-NC Project specific essential LEED credits identified in Section 4.10 2.14.2 of Part 4 2 of Schedule 15 – Output Specifications.
