Legal Basis for Processing. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(e) (performance of a task carried out in the public interest) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation), and the Act of July 20, 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science.
