Legal Description of the Real Property. The Real Property which is the subject of this Agreement is described as follows: (a) A legal description of the Real Property is set forth in Exhibit A. (b) A copy of the recorded plat and a compiled map of the Real Property is set forth in Exhibit B. The Real Property currently consists of approximately one hundred forty-two and sixty- seven-hundredths (142.67) acres of highland and approximately two hundred ten and fifty-eight - hundredths (210.58) acres of wetlands, with a total gross acreage of approximately three hundred fifty-four and fifty hundredths (353.25) acres.
