Common use of Legality Clause in Contracts

Legality. No law or court order shall have been enacted, entered, promulgated or enforced by any court or governmental authority that is in effect and has the effect of making the purchase and sale of the assets illegal or otherwise prohibiting the consummation of such purchase and sale.
