Common use of LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT. This is a legally binding contract enforceable against Buyer(s) in accordance with its terms. If you do not understand the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, consult legal or other counsel before signing. Buyer(s) has been advised by the Seller Parties to seek the assistance of legal, financial, construction, air quality, environmental and real estate professionals regarding Buyer(s) purchase of the Property and the terms of this Agreement. By signing this Agreement, ▇▇▇▇▇(s) represents and warrants that ▇▇▇▇▇(s) has consulted with, had the opportunity to consult with or waived the right to consult with legal or other professionals Buyer(s) deems necessary. Accordingly, the terms of this Agreement not to be construed against Seller because Seller prepared this Agreement or construed in favor of ▇▇▇▇▇(s) because Buyer(s) failed to understand the legal effect of the Provisions of this Agreement.
