Legislative Action for Approval. A. It is agreed by both parties that any article section or portion of the Agreement requiring legislative action to permit its implementation by amendment of law or proving that additional funds therefore be made available shall not become effective until the appropriate body had given approval. The provision of said article or portion shall be retroactive to date of this Agreement upon approval by the appropriate body.
