LEGISLATIVE FRAMEWORK. 9.01 This Licence is subject to (a) the Forest Act and the regulations made under that Act, and (b) the Forest Practices Code of British Columbia Act and the regulations and standards made under that Act. 9.02 Nothing in this Licence or a cutting permit issued under this Licence is to be construed as authorizing the Licensee to engage in any activities or carry out any operations otherwise than in compliance with the requirements of the Acts, regulations and standards referred to in paragraph 9.01.
