Legitimately Exhausted Sample Clauses

The 'Legitimately Exhausted' clause defines the circumstances under which a party is considered to have fully and properly used up a particular right, resource, or process as specified in the agreement. In practice, this might apply to situations such as the exhaustion of a product's warranty coverage, the completion of all permitted uses of a licensed intellectual property, or the finalization of all available dispute resolution steps. By clearly establishing when exhaustion occurs, this clause helps prevent disputes over whether further claims or actions are permitted, ensuring both parties understand the limits of their rights and obligations.
