Lender Value Sample Clauses

The Lender Value clause defines the specific value that a lender assigns to an asset, typically for the purposes of determining loan amounts or collateral requirements. In practice, this value may be established through an independent appraisal or a lender’s internal assessment, and it may differ from the asset’s market value or purchase price. By clearly specifying how the asset’s value is determined for lending purposes, this clause helps prevent disputes over collateral adequacy and ensures both parties understand the basis for loan calculations.
