Lending of Device Prohibited. The student may not lend the device or related resources to anyone, including members of the student’s family, for any reason. Loss or damage of the device by others is not covered by insurance.
Lending of Device Prohibited. The student may not lend his or her iPad or related resources to anyone, including members of the student’s family, for any reason. Loss or damage of the iPad while in use by anyone other than the assigned renting student will not be covered by the District insurance program.
Lending of Device Prohibited. The student may not lend the device or related resources to anyone, without the consent of the Technology Coordinator.

  • Gifts Prohibited The Consultant represents that it is familiar with Chapter 12.08 of the San ▇▇▇▇ Municipal Code, which generally prohibits a City officer or designated employee from accepting any gift. The Consultant shall not offer any City officer or designated employee any gift prohibited by Chapter 12.08. The Consultant’s violation of this Subsection 21.1 is a material breach.

  • No Unlawful or Prohibited Use Intellectual Property

  • Regulatory Prohibition Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, any payments made to the Executive pursuant to this Agreement, or otherwise, are subject to and conditioned upon their compliance with Section 18(k) of the FDIA (12 U.S.C. §1828(k)) and 12 C.F.R.   • Discrimination Prohibited The Landlord shall not discriminate based upon race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, handicap, or disability, familial status or recipients of public assistance; and shall comply with all nondiscrimination requirements of Federal, State and local law.

  • Advertising Prohibition Provider is prohibited from using or selling Student Data to (a) market or advertise to students or families/guardians; (b) inform, influence, or enable marketing, advertising, or other commercial efforts by a Provider; (c) develop a profile of a student, family member/guardian or group, for any commercial purpose other than providing the Service to LEA; or (d) use the Student Data for the development of commercial products or services, other than as necessary to provide the Service to LEA. This section does not prohibit Provider from using Student Data for adaptive learning or customized student learning purposes.
