Common use of Length of Contract Clause in Contracts

Length of Contract. This accreditation contract shall have a term of one year and may be automatically renewed each year if the District is assigned to the accreditation category of “Accredited with Distinction” or “Accredited” as described in 1 CCR 301-1.
