Length of Regular Contracts. The total length of the regular employee’s individual base contract shall be 185 days, prorated for those who: (1) commence employment after the start of the year; (2) take a leave of absence; (3) separate employment prior to the scheduled end of the year; or (4) accept a part-time assignment.
