Common use of Less than Significant Impact with Mitigation Clause in Contracts

Less than Significant Impact with Mitigation. The proposed project has temporary construction impacts and long-term impacts. Temporary impacts are short-term impacts associated with grading and construction activities. Temporary impacts include air emissions during construction, decreased water quality as a result of construction activities, noise impacts during construction and similar impacts. These temporary impacts, in combination with other construction projects in Yolo County, will be reduced to a less-than-significant level through implementation of the mitigation measures described in this Initial Study.
