Less Than Twelve Month Employees. This section and the following subsections are applicable to those employees whose duties necessarily imply less than twelve (12) months work per year. Section 11.5.1. Should the District decide to discharge or lay off any non-annual employee, the employee will be so notified in writing. Section 11.5.2. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to prevent the District from discharging an employee for acts of misconduct occurring after the expiration of the school year.
