Common use of Lessee Improvements Clause in Contracts

Lessee Improvements. Lessee accepts the Suite 1400 Expansion Space on an “AS IS” basis, without any obligation of Lessor to construct any improvements in the Suite 1400 Expansion Space; however, Lessor will provide Lessee a Construction Allowance in the amount of Eleven Thousand Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($11,050.00) to refurbish the Suite 1400 Expansion Space to Lessee’s specifications in accordance with the provisions of the Leasehold Improvements Agreement, which is attached hereto as Exhibit “D-6” and incorporated herein.

Lessee Improvements. Lessee accepts the Suite 1400 400 Expansion Space on an “AS IS” basis, without any obligation of Lessor to construct any improvements in the Suite 1400 400 Expansion Space; however, Lessor will provide Lessee a Construction Allowance in the amount of Eleven One Hundred Forty Seven Thousand Fifty and 00/100 Six Hundred Dollars ($11,050.00147,600.00) to refurbish the Suite 1400 400 Expansion Space to Lessee’s specifications in accordance with the provisions of the Leasehold Improvements Agreement, which is attached hereto as Exhibit “D-6D-4” and incorporated herein.

Lessee Improvements. Lessee accepts the Suite 1400 1445 Expansion Space on an “AS IS” basis, without any obligation of Lessor to construct any improvements in the Suite 1400 1445 Expansion Space; however, Lessor will provide Lessee a Construction Allowance in the amount of Eleven Seven Thousand Fifty Two Hundred Ninety and 00/100 Dollars ($11,050.007,290.00) to refurbish the Suite 1400 1445 Expansion Space to Lessee’s specifications in accordance with the provisions of the Leasehold Improvements Agreement, which is attached hereto as Exhibit “D-6D-5” and incorporated herein.

Lessee Improvements. Lessee accepts the Suite 1400 500 Expansion Space on an “AS IS” basis, without any obligation of Lessor to construct any improvements in the Suite 1400 500 Expansion Space; however, Lessor will provide Lessee a Construction Allowance in the amount of Eleven One Hundred Forty Seven Thousand Fifty Five Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($11,050.00147,500.00) to refurbish the Suite 1400 500 Expansion Space to Lessee’s specifications in accordance with the provisions of the Leasehold Improvements Agreement, which is attached hereto as Exhibit “D-6D-7” and incorporated herein.

Lessee Improvements. Lessee accepts the Suite 1400 1410 Expansion Space on an “AS IS” basis, without any obligation of Lessor to construct any improvements in the Suite 1400 1410 Expansion Space; however, Lessor will provide Lessee a Construction Allowance in the amount of Eleven Twelve Thousand Fifty Two Hundred Eighty and 00/100 Dollars ($11,050.0012,280.00) to refurbish the Suite 1400 1410 Expansion Space to Lessee’s specifications in accordance with the provisions of the Leasehold Improvements Agreement, which is attached hereto as Exhibit “D-6D-8” and incorporated herein.

Lessee Improvements. Lessee accepts the Suite 1400 1425 Expansion Space on an “AS IS” basis, without any obligation of Lessor to construct any improvements in the Suite 1400 1425 Expansion Space; however, Lessor will provide Lessee a Construction Allowance in the amount of Eleven Ten Thousand Fifty Nine Hundred Sixty and 00/100 Dollars ($11,050.0010,960.00) to refurbish the Suite 1400 1425 Expansion Space to Lessee’s specifications in accordance with the provisions of the Leasehold Improvements Agreement, which is attached hereto as Exhibit “D-6D-3” and incorporated herein.

Lessee Improvements. Lessee accepts the Suite 1400 820 Expansion Space on an “AS IS” basis, without any obligation of Lessor to construct any improvements in the Suite 1400 820 Expansion Space; however, Lessor will provide Lessee a Construction Allowance in the amount of Eleven Four Thousand Fifty Eight Hundred Forty and 00/100 Dollars ($11,050.004,840.00) to refurbish the Suite 1400 820 Expansion Space to Lessee’s specifications in accordance with the provisions of the Leasehold Improvements Agreement, which is attached hereto as Exhibit “D-6D-9” and incorporated herein.

Lessee Improvements. Lessee accepts the Suite 1400 1320 Expansion Space on an “"AS IS” " basis, without any obligation of Lessor to construct any improvements in the Suite 1400 1320 Expansion Space; however, Lessor will provide Lessee a Construction Allowance in the amount of Eleven One Hundred Fifteen Thousand Fifty Seven Hundred Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($11,050.00115,710.00) to refurbish the Suite 1400 1320 Expansion Space to Lessee’s 's specifications in accordance with the provisions of the Leasehold Improvements Agreement, which is attached hereto as Exhibit “D-6” "D-2" and incorporated herein.
