Lessee Right to Terminate in Event of Shutdown. In the event a Governmental Authority decrees, orders or demands that operation of the Solar Energy Facility cease or that the Solar Energy Facility be removed from the Premises, Lessee shall have the right to terminate this Lease without penalty to either Party upon delivery to Lessor of thirty (30) days prior written notice.
