Common use of Lessee to Construct Clause in Contracts

Lessee to Construct. At Lessee’s sole cost and expense, Lessee shall construct certain interior improvements in conformance with the Approved Working Drawings described below (“Lessee Improvements”) and subject to all the terms and conditions of the Lease and this Work Letter. Lessee Improvements are estimated to be completed by November 1, 2008, the New Premises Commencement Date, and said New Premises Commencement Date shall not be extended.

Lessee Improvements are estimated to be completed by November September 1, 20082005, the New Premises Commencement Date, and said New Premises Commencement Date shall not be extended, except by force majeure or a delay caused by Lessor under this Work Letter.
