Lessee's Improvements. The Lessee may at any time, and from time to time, with the consent of the Lessor in writing, make such changes, alterations or improvements to and may paint and decorate the interior of the Premises, in such manner as shall in the judgment of the Lessee better adapt the same for the purpose of its business, provided that: 7 (a) No changes, alterations, additions or improvements shall be made without the prior written consent of the Lessor;
