Common use of Lessons Clause in Contracts

Lessons. The time and place of the Courses will be announced to all the Contracting Parties within a month prior to the start of the school year. The management and organization of school activities is the sole responsibility of WINS, which reserves the right to change their teaching and support staff, as well as the premises of lessons, upon notice to the Contracting Party.
