Lessor Approval. By its execution hereof, Lessor hereby approves this Sublease and acknowledged that (i) the copy of the Lease attached hereto as Exhibit A is a true, correct and complete copy of the Lease as currently in effect, (ii) Sublessor is currently in material compliance with the terms and conditions of the Lease, and (iii) no event or circumstance exists that (with the giving of notice or passage of time) would constitute a breach of or default under the Lease.
