Lessor Covenants. Lessor makes the following covenants to Lessee. (a) Throughout the Term and any extensions thereof, Lessor and its officers, employees, contractors, agents, tenants, subtenants, servants, licensees and invitees shall not interfere or allow a third party to interfere with the solar patterns affecting the Permitted Improvements.
