Common use of Lessor May Assign Clause in Contracts

Lessor May Assign. Prior to the date of issuance of CSC for the Building, the Lessor shall not sell, transfer, assign, novate or dispose of the whole or any part of the Premises and/or the Lessor’s interest under this Lease without the prior written consent of the Lessee (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed).
