Common use of Lessor May Assign Clause in Contracts

Lessor May Assign. Lessor shall have the right to transfer and assign, in whole or in part, all its rights and obligation hereunder and in the Complex and property referred to in this Lease, and in such event and upon its transferee's assuming Lessor's future accruing obligations hereunder, no further liability or obligation shall thereafter accrue against Lessor under this Lease.
