LESSOR MAY ENTER PREMISES. It is agreed that the duly authorized officers or agents of Lessor may enter to view said Premises at any time, and if the business or normal function of Lessor should at any time require that it enter upon the Premises to perform any work or make any improvements, it may do so, but not in such manner as to materially injure Lessee with its normal and usual operation.
