LESSOR'S ACCESS; SHOWING PREMISES; REPAIRS. Lessor and Lessor's agents shall have the right to enter the Premises at any time, in the case of emergency, and otherwise at reasonable times upon one (1) business day's prior notice, subject to Lessee's reasonable security measures, for the purpose of showing the same to prospective purchasers, lenders, or lessees, and making such alterations, repairs, improvements or additions to the Premises or the building of which they are a part, as Lessor may reasonably deem necessary.
