LESSOR'S ACCESS; SHOWING PREMISES; REPAIRS. Lessor and Lessor's agents shall have the right to enter the Premises at any time, in the case of emergency, and otherwise at reasonable times upon one (1) business day's prior notice, subject to Lessee's reasonable security measures, for the purpose of showing the same to prospective purchasers, lenders, or lessees, and making such alterations, repairs, improvements or additions to the Premises or the building of which they are a part, as Lessor may reasonably deem necessary. Lessor may at any time place on or about the Premises or building any ordinary "For Sale" signs and Lessor may at any time during the last one hundred twenty (120) days of the term hereof place on or about the Premises any ordinary "For Lease" signs. All such activities of Lessor shall be without abatement of rent or liability to Lessee. Lessor, however, at all times shall minimize any interference with Lessee's operations at the Premises.

Lessor and Lessor's agents shall have the right to enter the Premises at any time, in the case of an emergency, and otherwise at reasonable times upon one twenty-four (124) business day's hours' prior notice, subject to Lessee's reasonable security measures, notice for the purpose of showing the same to prospective purchasers, lenders, or (during the last nine (9) months of the Lease term) lessees, and making such alterations, repairs, improvements or additions to the Premises or to the building of which they are a part, as Lessor may reasonably deem necessary. Lessor may at any time place on or about the Premises or building any ordinary "For Sale" signs and Lessor may at any time during the last one hundred twenty (120) days of the term hereof place on or about the Premises any ordinary "For Lease" signs. All such activities of Lessor shall be without abatement of rent or liability to Lessee. Lessor, however, at all times shall minimize any interference with Lessee's operations at the Premises.(See Paragraph 40k)

All such activities of Lessor shall be without abatement of rent or liability to Lessee. Any entry of the Premises by Lessor and Lessor's agents shall comply with all reasonable security measures of Lessee and shall not impair Lessee's operations more than reasonably necessary. During any such entry, however, Lessor and Lessor's agents shall at all times shall minimize any interference with be accompanied by Lessee's operations at the Premises.

All such activities of Lessor shall be without abatement of rent or liability to Lessee. Lessor, however, at all times Lessor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize any interference with Lessee's ’s operations at the PremisesPremises and any entry by Lessor and Lessor’s agents shall comply with Lessee’s reasonable security measures, provided that Lessor has received notice of such security measures.

Lessor and Lessor's agents, howeverexcept in the case of emergency, at shall provide Lessee with twenty-four (24) hours' notice prior to entry of the Premises. Any such entry by Lessor and Lessor's agents shall comply with all times reasonable security measures of Lessee and shall minimize any interference with not impair Lessee's operations at the Premisesmore than reasonably necessary.

Lessor shall perform all such inspections, howeverimprovements, at all times shall minimize any interference with alterations and repairs in a manner reasonably intended to cause minimal disruption to Lessee's operations at business activities in and use of the Premises.

Lessor, however, at all times and shall be conducted in a manner to minimize any interference with Lessee's operations at the Premisesoperations.
