Common use of LESSOR'S RIGHT OF ENTRY Clause in Contracts

LESSOR'S RIGHT OF ENTRY. The Lessor or Lessor's agent shall have the right of entry at reasonable hours to inspect or show the Premises to prospective Lender or Lien Holders and purchasers, and to perform or provide anything that the Lessor may be required to perform or provide hereunder, or which the Lessor may deem necessary for the good or benefit of the Premises or any building of which they are a part as long as reasonable notice is given to Lessee. As of and during the last ninety (90) days of this Lease, the Lessor shall have the right to post and/or display a "For Rent" sign on the Premises.
