Letter of Assignment. Each teacher whose assignment has changed from the previous 29 school year shall receive a letter of assignment by August 1, reflecting the teaching assignment, including 30 the grade level. The provisions of this letter of assignment shall be subject to the provisions of this 32 M.S. 122A.40, Subd. 7. Nothing in this section shall be construed to limit the right of the School District to 33 make changes in assignments as determined by the School District.
