Common use of Letter of Assignment Clause in Contracts

Letter of Assignment. (a) Where the Company offers (by whatever means) hours of work to an employee under an Assignment from time to time, and that offer is accepted by the employee, the Company will provide the employee with a letter of Assignment. (b) Letters of Assignment shall be read in conjunction with this Agreement and shall not form part of it.
