Letter of Intent to Retire and Request to Participate in Retirement Program. In order to be eligible to participate in the retirement program, an employee must submit their irrevocable letter of intent to retire and request to participate in the retirement program to the Executive Director setting forth a retirement date at the end of a school year not later than June 30, 2032. The letter of intent to retire must be received by the Executive Director by May 1 for retirement program salary increases to begin the following school term.
