LETTERS OF INTRODUCTION. In the event a buyer submits an offer to purchase along with an introductory letter describing the Buyer and/or Buyer’s reasons for submitting an offer on the Property, REALTOR® will will not forward such letter to Seller. Seller acknowledges that the consideration of the information contained in such a letter in evaluating the offer to purchase may violate federal and/or state fair housing laws.
