Level 2 Substitute a. A substitute is a Level 2 substitute on or after his/her 30th day of service in a single school year in the District. Once Level 2 is reached, the substitute must work a minimum of thirty (30) days in the following school year to maintain Level 2. Otherwise, the substitute returns to Level 1 for the subsequent school year. b. A Level 2 substitute shall have the right to progressive discipline steps described in Section B, below. c. A Level 2 substitute shall be paid at the Level 2 pay rate stated on Miscellaneous Certificated Compensation (Appendix B-3).

  • Usage Measurement Usage measurement for calls shall begin when answer supervision or equivalent Signaling System 7 (SS7) message is received from the terminating office and shall end at the time of call disconnect by the calling or called subscriber, whichever occurs first.

  • Temperature Measurement Temperature will be measured by the nearest automatic Melbourne Bureau of Meteorology Monitoring Station for example (but not limited to): Melbourne, Moorabbin, Dunns Hill, Melbourne Airport, Frankston, and Point ▇▇▇▇▇▇. At the commencement of each project, the onsite management and employee representatives shall agree which is to be the applicable automatic weather monitoring station.

  • Minimum Customer Support Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall provide timely and commercially reasonable support for TIPS Sales or as agreed to in the applicable Supplemental Agreement.
