Level 2 Superintendent. If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇, then the grievant shall have ten (10) working days in which to refer his/her grievance to the Superintendent or his/her official designee. Upon receipt of the Level 2 grievance, the Superintendent or his/her official designee shall arrange for a mutually-agreeable date and time for a hearing with the grievant and/or the Association, to take place within ten (10) working days. The parties in interest shall have the right to include in the representation such witnesses and counselors as they deem necessary to develop facts pertinent to the grievance. Upon conclusion of the hearing, the Superintendent will have ten (10) working days to provide his/her written decision, together with the reasons for the decision to the grievant.
