Common use of Level Four Clause in Contracts

Level Four. If the grievant and/or Association is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level Three, it may, within ten (10) days after the decision of the Board, file a demand for arbitration with the American Arbitration Association, in writing, and request the appointment of an arbitrator, who shall be selected by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its rules.

Level Four. If the grievant and/or Association is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level Three, it may, within ten (10) days after the decision of the Board, file a demand refer the matter for arbitration with to the American Arbitration Association, in writing, and request the appointment of an arbitrator, who shall be selected by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its rules.

Level Four. If the parties cannot agree upon an arbitrator, who he shall be selected by in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its rulesAssociation.

Level Four. If the grievant and/or Association is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level Three, it may, within ten (10) days after the last mediation session or after the decision to not seek mediation of the Boardgrievance, file a demand for arbitration with request from the American Arbitration Association, Association in writing, and request writing the appointment of an arbitrator, who . Level Four. If the grievant and/or Association is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level Three, it may, or if no decision has been rendered within ten thirty (1030) working days after the decision filing of the Boardgrievance at Level Three, the Association may within thirty (30) days file a demand the grievance for arbitration with the American Arbitration Association, in writing, and request the appointment of an arbitrator, who shall be selected by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its rulesrules and regulations. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties to this Agreement. Arbitration expenses incurred shall be born equally by the parties of this Agreement.

Level Four. If the grievant and/or Association grievant, is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level Threeby the Board, it maythe Association may request binding arbitration pursuant to the rules and regulations of the American Arbitration Association and shall make such request to the American Arbitration Association, with a copy to the Board, within ten (10) working days after the decision receipt of the Board, file a demand for arbitration with disposition of the American Arbitration Association, in writing, and request the appointment of an arbitrator, who shall be selected grievance by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its rulesBoard.
