Common use of Level II Substitute Clause in Contracts

Level II Substitute. Substitute employees who work twenty (20) consecutive workdays or more for the same absent employee in the same specific assignment shall be known as “Level II Substitutes.” Level II Substitutes shall be paid at Step A of the Wage Schedule in the applicable pay range I-VII, retroactive to the first date in the Level II assignment.
