Common use of Level Three – Mediation Clause in Contracts

Level Three – Mediation. a. If the Union is not satisfied with the Level Two, upon the mutual agreement of the parties it may be referred to mediation within fourteen (14) calendar days after the Level Two disposition has been rendered. b. The costs of the mediator will be equally split between the parties.

Level Three – Mediation. a. A. If the Union is not satisfied with the Level TwoTwo disposition, upon the mutual agreement of the parties parties, it may be referred to mediation within fourteen (14) calendar days after the Level Two disposition has been rendered. b.
