Level Three - Superintendent. If the grievant is not satisfied with the Principal’s decision rendered at Level Two, the grievant may, within eight (8) school days of receipt of that decision, appeal that decision to the Superintendent of Schools. The grievance must be submitted in writing stating the specific nature of the grievance and remedy requested and shall include a copy of the Level Two decision. The Superintendent may schedule a meeting at a mutually convenient time to discuss the grievance with the teacher and the Union. Both parties reserve the right to include consultants in any such meeting. The Superintendent shall respond in writing together with supporting reasons to the teacher, Union, and Principal within ten (10) school days from the date the grievance is filed at Level Three.
