Level Three - Superintendent. If the action of the principal or the individual’s immediate supervisor fails to resolve the grievance to the satisfaction of the Association, the grievance shall be referred to the Superintendent or his designated representative. Appeals to the Office of the Superintendent shall be reviewed and acted upon within ten (10) working days of receipt of the formal request.
