Level Two - Superintendent of Schools. a. If an aggrieved person is not satisfied with the decision concerning his/her grievance at Level One, he/she may, within three (3) days after the decision is rendered or within eight (8) days after his/her formal presentation, file his/her grievance with the Superintendent. b. The Superintendent’s designee at this level cannot be the same administrator that heard Level One. c. The Superintendent shall schedule a meeting to take place within ten (10) days from the receipt of the written grievance from the aggrieved with the purpose of resolving the grievance. Persons entitled to take part in this meeting shall be: 1. A maximum of three (3) administrators designated by the Superintendent, who may include himself/herself as one (1) of the three (3). 2. A maximum of two (2) Association representatives. 3. The principal or appropriate administrator who was involved at Level One. 4. The aggrieved employee and/or employees. 5. These persons shall be given five (5) days notice in writing of the time and place of the meeting. The Superintendent shall within five (5) days after this meeting, render his/her decision in writing to the aggrieved person, the principal, or appropriate administrator, and the Association.
