Liabilities and Remedies. 8.6.1 Any breach by Z-Tel, or Z-Tel’s employees, agents or contractors, of the provisions of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above shall be deemed a material breach of the Agreement. In addition, if Z-Tel or an employee, agent or contractor of Z-Tel at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to Z-Tel, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 CLEC agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above by Z-Tel or the employees, agents or contractors of Z-Tel, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Z-Tel CBB or an employee, agent or contractor of Z-Tel CBB at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to Z-TelCBB, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 CLEC CBB agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment by Z-Tel CBB or the employees, agents or contractors of Z-TelCBB, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Z-Tel or an employee, agent or contractor of Z-Tel at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to Z-TelICG, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 CLEC ICG agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above by Z-Tel ICG or the employees, agents or contractors of Z-TelICG would irreparably injure Verizon, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Z-Tel Airespring or an employee, agent or contractor of Z-Tel Airespring at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to Z-TelAirespring, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 CLEC ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that Verizon ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment by Z-Tel ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or the employees, agents or contractors of Z-TelAirespring, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Z-Tel Cost Plus or an employee, agent or contractor of Z-Tel Cost Plus at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to Z-TelCost Plus, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 CLEC Cost Plus agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment by Z-Tel Cost Plus or the employees, agents or contractors of Z-TelCost Plus, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Z-Tel Talk Unlimited or an employee, agent or contractor of Z-Tel Talk Unlimited at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to Z-TelTalk Unlimited, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 CLEC Talk Unlimited agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above by Z-Tel Talk Unlimited or the employees, agents or contractors of Z-TelTalk Unlimited, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Liabilities and Remedies. 8.6.1 Any breach by Z-TelMLTC, or Z-TelMLTC’s employees, agents or contractors, of the provisions of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment shall be deemed a material breach of the this Agreement. In addition, if Z-Tel MLTC or an employee, agent or contractor of Z-Tel MLTC at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to Z-TelMLTC, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 CLEC MLTC agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment by Z-Tel MLTC or the employees, agents or contractors of Z-TelMLTC, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Z-Tel ATI or an employee, agent or contractor of Z-Tel ATI at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to Z-TelATI, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 CLEC ATI agrees that Verizon ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment by Z-Tel ATI or the employees, agents or contractors of Z-TelATI, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Z-Tel SOUTHEAST or an employee, agent or contractor of Z-Tel SOUTHEAST at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 59.4 or 8.5 59.5 above and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from VerizonALLTEL, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon ALLTEL shall have the right, upon notice to Z-TelSOUTHEAST, to suspend the license to use Verizon ALLTEL OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 59.5.1 above and/or the provision of Verizon ALLTEL OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 CLEC 59.7.2 SOUTHEAST agrees that Verizon ALLTEL would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 59.4 or 8.5 59.5 above by Z-Tel SOUTHEAST or the employees, agents or contractors of Z-TelSOUTHEAST, and that Verizon ALLTEL shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Z-Tel ▇▇▇▇▇▇ or an employee, agent or contractor of Z-Tel McGraw at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to Z-TelMcGraw, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 CLEC ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that Verizon ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment by Z-Tel ▇▇▇▇▇▇ or the employees, agents or contractors of Z-TelMcGraw, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if ZD-Tel Max or an employee, agent or contractor of ZD-Tel Max at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to ZD-TelMax, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 CLEC D-Max agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment by ZD-Tel Max or the employees, agents or contractors of ZD-TelMax, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Z-Tel First Comm or an employee, agent or contractor of Z-Tel First Comm at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to Z-TelFirst Comm, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 CLEC First Comm agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment by Z-Tel First Comm or the employees, agents or contractors of Z-TelFirst Comm, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Z-Tel GNAPS or an employee, agent or contractor of Z-Tel GNAPS at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 8.48.48.48.4 or 8.5 8.58.58.58.5 above and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to Z-TelGNAPS, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 8.5.18.5.18.5.18.5.1 above and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 CLEC GNAPS agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 8.48.48.48.4 or 8.5 8.58.58.58.5 above by Z-Tel GNAPS or the employees, agents or contractors of Z-TelGNAPS, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. In addition, if Z-Tel Onvoy or an employee, agent or contractor of Z-Tel Onvoy at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to Z-TelOnvoy, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 CLEC Onvoy agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment by Z-Tel Onvoy or the employees, agents or contractors of Z-TelOnvoy, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Z-Tel TWCIS or an employee, agent or contractor of Z-Tel TWCIS at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to Z-TelTWCIS, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 CLEC TWCIS agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment by Z-Tel TWCIS or the employees, agents or contractors of Z-TelTWCIS, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Liabilities and Remedies. 8.6.1 Any breach by Z-TelCPV, or Z-TelCPV’s employees, agents or contractors, of the provisions of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment shall be deemed a material breach of the this Agreement. In addition, if Z-Tel CPV or an employee, agent or contractor of Z-Tel CPV at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to Z-TelCPV, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 CLEC CPV agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment by Z-Tel CPV or the employees, agents or contractors of Z-TelCPV, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Z-Tel Teliax or an employee, agent or contractor of Z-Tel Teliax at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to Z-TelTeliax, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 CLEC Teliax agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment by Z-Tel Teliax or the employees, agents or contractors of Z-TelTeliax, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Z-Tel Talk Unlimited or an employee, agent or contractor of Z-Tel Talk Unlimited at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to Z-TelTalk Unlimited, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 CLEC Talk Unlimited agrees that Verizon ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above by Z-Tel Talk Unlimited or the employees, agents or contractors of Z-TelTalk Unlimited, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Z-Tel Bandwidth or an employee, agent or contractor of Z-Tel Bandwidth at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to Z-TelBandwidth, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 CLEC Bandwidth agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment by Z-Tel Bandwidth or the employees, agents or contractors of Z-TelBandwidth, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Z-Tel Telrite or an employee, agent or contractor of Z-Tel Telrite at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to Z-TelTelrite, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 CLEC Telrite agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment by Z-Tel Telrite or the employees, agents or contractors of Z-TelTelrite, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Z-Tel BLC or an employee, agent or contractor of Z-Tel BLC at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to Z-TelBLC, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 CLEC BLC agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment by Z-Tel BLC or the employees, agents or contractors of Z-TelBLC, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Z-Tel Dynalink or an employee, agent or contractor of Z-Tel Dynalink at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to Z-TelDynalink, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 CLEC Dynalink agrees that Verizon ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment by Z-Tel Dynalink or the employees, agents or contractors of Z-TelDynalink, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Z-Tel Prospeed or an employee, agent or contractor of Z-Tel Prospeed at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to Z-TelProspeed, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 CLEC Prospeed agrees that Verizon ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment by Z-Tel Prospeed or the employees, agents or contractors of Z-TelProspeed, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. In addition, if Z-Tel Selectel or an employee, agent or contractor of Z-Tel Selectel at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to Z-TelSelectel, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 CLEC Selectel agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment by Z-Tel Selectel or the employees, agents or contractors of Z-TelSelectel, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Liabilities and Remedies. 8.6.1 Any breach by Z-TelCCI, or Z-TelCCI’s employees, agents or contractors, of the provisions of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment shall be deemed a material breach of the this Agreement. In addition, if Z-Tel CCI or an employee, agent or contractor of Z-Tel CCI at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to Z-TelCCI, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 CLEC CCI agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment by Z-Tel CCI or the employees, agents or contractors of Z-TelCCI, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Z-Quality Tel or an employee, agent or contractor of Z-Quality Tel at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to Z-Quality Tel, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 CLEC Quality Tel agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment by Z-Quality Tel or the employees, agents or contractors of Z-Quality Tel, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.
