Liabilities of Administrator and Others Sample Clauses

The 'Liabilities of Administrator and Others' clause defines the extent to which the administrator and related parties are responsible for losses, damages, or claims arising from their actions or omissions in connection with the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines circumstances under which the administrator may be held liable, such as in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, and may also specify exclusions or limitations of liability for ordinary mistakes or unforeseen events. Its core function is to allocate risk between the parties by clarifying when and how the administrator and associated individuals can be held accountable, thereby reducing uncertainty and potential disputes over responsibility.
