Liabilities of the Agent. The Agent shall have no duty, liability or obligation to any party to this Master Agreement with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby except those duties, liabilities or obligations expressly set forth in this Master Agreement or the Loan Agreement, and any such duty, liability or obligations of the Agent shall be as expressly limited by this Master Agreement or the Loan Agreement, as the case may be.
